Steps to make Falhaari Dosa:
Take a mixer jar. Add soaked sago and samak rice, piece of ginger, cumin seeds, curd, salt and blackpepper.
Grind all ingredients into a smooth batter by adding a little water.
For stuffing…. Take a pan. Add ghee. Then add cumin seeds, carom seeds and curry leaves. Let it spulter.
Then add red degi mirch. Saute it well. Then add mashed boiled potatoes and salt. Mix it properly and cook it for 2 mnts. Garnished with green coriander leaves.
Take a dosa tawa. Grease it. Then pour batter on it and spread it with the help of katori.
Then spread some oil on dosa and cook it on medium flame till turns crispy.
Serve hot with chutneys.
