The ingredients needed to make Vrat Dosa:
  1. Take 250 gm (1 cup) sama rice
  2. Get 125 gm (1/2 cup) sabudana
  3. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  5. Take As required water
  6. Prepare 2 Tbsp ghee or oil
Instructions to make Vrat Dosa:
  1. First, take sama (vrat rice) and sabudana. Wash them properly and soak them for 2-3 hours.
  2. After 3 hours shift them in grinder, add curd and 2 tbsp water and grind them.
  3. Now shift this batter in a bowl, cover it and keep it for 3-4 hours for fermentation.
  4. After 3-4 hours batter is fermented. Now, add salt to it. mix, add water if required. Heat a tawa, sprinkle some water, wipe it with a cotton cloth, and spread the batter on it.
  5. Spread some ghee on it, cook it and fold it.our dosa is ready.
  6. Serve with aalo masala(vrat) and coconut chutney(vrat ki).
