In a bowl take soaked sabudana, and add mashed potatoes
Now add rest of the ingredients except oil and mix properly, bring it all together
Divide it in equal portions
Heat a non-stick tawa, keep flame low, brush it with oil(ghee) take one portion on mixture and place it on tawa and use your fingers to pat and spread it on tawa, do it carefully.
Allow to cook completely on one side 2-3 mins, keep flame medium low, once done flip carefully on other side and put ghee from sides
Once done, remove directly on plate without flipping it, to avoid breaking. Repeat for rest portions
For the dip, take homemade curd, add salt, black pepper powder, sugar give it a mix and serve with thalipeeth
