The ingredients needed to make Sabudana vada:
  1. Prepare 2 cups Sabudana
  2. Take 3 potato boiled
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup peanuts
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin/jeera
  5. Make ready 2 Green chilli chopped
  6. Take leaves Coriander
  7. Get 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Get As required Oil for frying
Steps to make Sabudana vada:
  1. Soak sabudana overnight in a little water, just enough to cover the sabudana. Drain any excess water from the sabudana.
  2. Take roasted peanuts and remove the husk. Grind the peanuts to a coarse powder, and add it to the sabudana. Add mashed potato along with ginger, jeera, salt, green chilies & coriander (Finally chopped), and mix well.
  3. Make small balls with this mixture (a little smaller than a golf ball), flatten them a bit, and set aside.
  4. Heat oil and fry till golden & crisp from both sides.
