The ingredients needed to make Falhari appam:
  1. Take gm Potatoes (boiled &mashed)250
  2. Make ready 1 cup( Sabudana soaked)
  3. Prepare 1/2 Peanut (roasted & coarsely grind)
  4. Take 4, 5 Green chilli (crushed/ paste)
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  6. Make ready as per taste Sendha namak
  7. Make ready as required Coriander leaves
  8. Prepare as required Ghee
  9. Prepare Chutney ingredients
  10. Get 2 Tomato chopped
  11. Take 3 Green chilli
  12. Make ready as per need Salt sendha
  13. Make ready 1/2cup Coriander leaves
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Lemon juice
Steps to make Falhari appam:
  1. Take a blender jar, chutney ingredients add some water make fine chutney.
  2. In a bowl add mashed potatoes, add sabudana (mashed), add salt green chilli paste, corinder and grind peanut, pepper powder mix well and make ball /flat ball. As yr choice.
  3. Take appam pan heat. Drizzle some ghee and keep ball and cook. Turn all side and till crisp. Add some ghee evry appm and roasted every side. Golden brown clr.
  4. Flahari appe is ready to Serve with chutney and curd/rayita.
