  1. Take Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
  2. Get 1 tbs Lehsan paste (Garlic paste)
  3. Get 1/2 kg Mutton mix boti
  4. Get 1/2 Cup Cooking oil
  5. Take 250 gms Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled
  6. Get Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  7. Get 1 tsp Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
  8. Get 5-6 Hari mirch (Green chilies)
Steps to make Mutton Karahi:
  1. In wok,add water,garlic paste and mix well. - - Add mutton mix boti and mix well until changes colour. - - Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add cooking oil,mix well for 2 minutes and cook on high flame until oil separates. - - Add tomatoes (cut in two halves),cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.
  3. Mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes. - - Add salt and black pepper crushed,mix well and cook until oil separates.
  4. Add green chilies and mix & serve.
