Zarda is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Zarda is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook zarda using 11 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Zarda:
  1. Make ready 4 cups Basmati Rice
  2. Prepare 1 tsp yellow food colour
  3. Take Water as required
  4. Get 3 1/2 cup sugar Granulated
  5. Prepare 4-5 green cardemoms
  6. Take 1/2 cup fresh milk balai
  7. Get 2 cups milk
  8. Make ready 2 tbls Desi ghee
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup blanched Almonds
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup murabba Ashrafi
  11. Make ready 1/4 cup dry coconut flakes
Instructions to make Zarda:
  1. Soak rice for 30 Minutes then Boiled the rice with yellow food colour (boiled rice like we boiled for biryani). Then strain water from rice and set aside.
  2. In a wok add Desi ghee and green cardemoms fry for 30 seconds then add sugar, fresh milk and Balai (from fresh milk).
  3. Cook the sugar Mixture till sugar desolved and getting thick.
  4. Time to add boiled rice in the sugar Mixture and mixed it with light hand.
  5. After well mixing add blanched Almonds, murabba Ashrafiya and dry coconut flakes on top and dum the rice for 10 minutes at low flame.
  6. After dum, zarda is ready. Mix and serve. Enjoy
