  1. Prepare 1 cup peas (matar)
  2. Take 1 pao qeema
  3. Make ready 1 medium onion chopped
  4. Prepare 2 medium tomatoes chopped

  6. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Make ready 1 tsp zeera
  8. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam.masala powder
  12. Prepare 1.5 tsp .salt
  13. Take 1 cup water
  14. Get 2-3 big green chillies
  15. Get 1 tsp julian ginger
  16. Get 1 tsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make Matar Qeema:
  1. Take a wok put oil in it
  2. Add onion and ginger garlic paste fry till light pink in colour
  3. Now add qeema in it fry till.colour change
  4. Now add matar in it and tomatoes
  5. Mix well and cover with lid for tomatoes get soft
  6. After 2 to 3 min add all spices in it and bhuofy well
  7. Now Add water and cover with lid to cook completly
  8. When matar and qeema cook completly put green chillies and fry more
  9. Garnish with Julienne ginger and coriander leaves
  10. Now serve with nan or chapati
