The ingredients needed to make Qeema aalo:
Prepare 1/2 cup Cooking oil
Get 1/2 kg Beef qeema(mince) with 25% fat
Take 2 medium size potatoes cut in pieces
Take 1 green Cardamom
Make ready 4 black peppercorns
Get 1 large onion finely sliced
Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Get 3 medium size tomatoes chopped
Get 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Take Salt to taste
Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder
Get 1/4 cup yogurt (whisked)
Make ready 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Get Water as required
Make ready 4 green chillies
Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Qeema aalo:
In a pan add cooking oil green Cardamom, Black peppercorns and mix it.add onion and fry until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well after that add Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well for 2 minutes
Now add yogurt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.then add beef mince and mix well until changes colour.
Then add fenugreek dried leaves,potatoes and cook for 4 minutes.
Add water and bring it to boil,cover it and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add Green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 8 minutes
