The ingredients needed to make Qeema aalo:
  1. Prepare 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  2. Get 1/2 kg Beef qeema(mince) with 25% fat
  3. Take 2 medium size potatoes cut in pieces
  4. Take 1 green Cardamom
  5. Make ready 4 black peppercorns
  6. Get 1 large onion finely sliced
  7. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Get 3 medium size tomatoes chopped
  9. Get 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  10. Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Take Salt to taste
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder
  15. Get 1/4 cup yogurt (whisked)
  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  17. Get Water as required
  18. Make ready 4 green chillies
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Qeema aalo:
  1. In a pan add cooking oil green Cardamom, Black peppercorns and mix it.add onion and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well after that add Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well for 2 minutes
  4. Now add yogurt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.then add beef mince and mix well until changes colour.
  5. Then add fenugreek dried leaves,potatoes and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Add water and bring it to boil,cover it and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Add Green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 8 minutes
  8. Now it's ready serve it
