The ingredients needed to make Alo qeema:
  1. Take 1/2 kg Minced meat
  2. Make ready 3-4 Tomatoes chopped
  3. Get half cup Yogurt
  4. Make ready 1 Onion sliced
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Zeera
  6. Make ready Salt to taste
  7. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Get 1 tsp Red chilli
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric

  12. Prepare Green coriander
  13. Take 1 tsp Ground spices powder
Instructions to make Alo qeema:
  1. Add zeera and fry onion until golden brown.
  2. Add minced meat fry until the color change.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste fry for 5 minutes add tomatoes and all the spices. Mix well until the oil separates.
  4. Add some water. When the water is boil cover them and low the flame. cook until the minced is tender
  5. Add potatoes fry in high flame add yogurt, green chillies fry until the potatoes is tender
  6. Add green coriander, ground spices and in low flame for 5-7minutes. Served with parhata
