  21. Take 2 Potatoes, peeled cut into small cubed,steam for 20'

  25. Take 4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil for stir fry

  4. Turn off the fire and remove & transfer the cooked Yellow veges gravy onto a deep serving dish.Put on top the fried fish pieces. To serve: scoop the cooked Fish with own gravy on top of the steam rice with a small bunch of curly lettuce at side plate, scoop also the French beans mixture & 1 tbs Indonesian Sambal on top of steamed rice.
