  1. Boil water. Let it come to a rolling boil and then add the Macaroni with little Salt and a teaspoon of Olive Oil.
  2. Drain and keep aside until use. In a pot, heat oil, saute the finely chopped Onions and the Ginger garlic paste with the Spring Onion Greens. Add chopped Tomatoes along with Tomato puree too. Also add Capsicum and Cabbage, both of them shredded. Saute all of that really well.
  3. After they are sauteed well, add the Mutton Mince along with the masalas. Saute it for about 10-12 minutes. Keep stirring in between. After about 15 minutes of sauteeing and simmering, now it is time to add in Macaroni.
