  11. Get 1/2 tsp zeera
  12. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  13. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder

  15. Get 1 big onion sliced
  16. Get 2 tomatoes
  17. Make ready 1/4 cup dahi
  18. Make ready 6 Green chillies
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped dhania
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup oil or ghee
Steps to make Bhuna qeema:
  1. Wash and drain qeema
  2. Heat oil and add sabut garam masalay, and onions, fry to light brown
  3. Add zeera fry than add qeema and cook till water dries and changes colour add 2 green chillies
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry qeema in it for few mins than add haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder mixed in little water before, cook than. Add tomatoes and mix well than add 1cup water and when boil comes cover and cook on low flame till qeema is cooked and dry,
  5. Achi tarha bhun lein for few mins till oil comes add dahi again bhun lein than add green chillies bhuna kuta zeera and garam masala, dhania, lemon juice and cook on low flame for few mins.
  6. Garnish with adrak and dhania. Serve with roti, raita and salad
