The ingredients needed to make Oats Keema Omelette:
  1. Make ready 1/2 Cup Instant/Rounded Oats
  2. Prepare 2-3 Eggs
  3. Make ready To Taste Salt
  4. Take 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
  5. Prepare 2 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  7. Take 1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
  8. Make ready 1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Tomatoes
  9. Make ready 1 Carrot Grated
  10. Get 1 Potato Chopped/Cubed into small pieces
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. Get 1 Cup Freshly Chopped/Grated Veggies (That’s readily available, handy): I’ve used- Grated Carrots, Green Peas, Potatoes, Basil, etc.)
  13. Make ready 1/4 tsp Mixed Dry Herbs
  14. Prepare 1/2 Cup Fresh Milk (To soak the Oats, for about 30 mins time)
  15. Take 2-3 tbsps Tomato Ketchup
  16. Prepare 1/8 tsp Baking Soda (Optional)
  17. Make ready 4 tbsp Cooking Oil (Any light Vegetable Oil/Refined Oil)
  18. Prepare 1 cup Cooked Minced Mutton (Keema)
Instructions to make Oats Keema Omelette:
  1. First Up: Soak the measured Oats in the milk for 30 mins time & set aside
  2. Now, once it’s well soaked & inflated sufficiently: Add into it, rest all other veggies & herbs & spices & the cooking soda
  3. With a hand blender/whisker- Blend/Mix everything well together until properly combined & set aside again for another 10 mins time
  4. Heat a frying pan over the low-medium heat: Add in the cooking oil & heat it as well & can sauté all the veggies altogether (that’s what I do prefer)
  5. Alternatively, in the egg batter- the entire cut veggies can be mixed altogether with a whisker & can be prepared as the wholesome mixture for the same
  6. Now, pour in the entire egg-oats-veggies batter to it & spread it evenly & lowering the flame now, cover the lid & allow it to be cooked for about 5 mins time
  7. Now, open the lid & flip over the omelette to its other side & let this side also get cooked for the next 3-4 mins time or until well cooked in its either sides by covering the lid again
  8. Turn off the flame & time to dish out the same to your serving platter & be on your breakfast table alongside a couple of toasted breads, tea/coffee/fruit juices or anything of your choice
