  1. Red sauce : oil mein piyaz lehsan tomato paste dal kar mix krlain phr is main chilli sauce dal kar mix karein phr is main water dal dain sath hi salt add krdain or paka lain jab is main boil ajaye or ye thick honay lagye to green chillies add kar ke flame off krdain…
  2. White sauce : pan main butter dal kar is main maida dal kar fry krian phr is main milk dal kar mix karein sath hi salt black pepper dal kar mix krian jab thick hojaye to flame off krdain then end mein cream add karein
  3. 👉 layering - In oven proof dish first spread little red sauce or phr lasagne sheet istrahan bicha dein ke dish bottom cover hojaey. Now spread red sauce, qeema, white sauce and cheese.. Repeat this method again for next layer.. Bake in preheat oven until cheese melt and top turn golden.. Now enjoy yummy mazedar Lasagna..😀
