Steps to make Gatte ki Sabji:
  1. Take gram flour in a bowl along with some salt, heing,2Tsp oil,1/2 Tsp termaric,some carrom seeds, garam masala and 1/2 cup curd.Mix all the ingredients nicely and add only 1/4 cup water to make dough.Smooth it and make rolls.
  2. Boil the water in a pan and add some salt and these rolls.Cook for 10 min in boiling water and then drain.Wait till cool down.Now cut the pieces.
  3. Make paste of onion, ginger,garlic green & chillies.Make puree of tomatoes.
  4. Heat rest the oil in a pan add heing, cumin seed and onion garlic ginger paste.Mix nicely and cook till it gets brown in colour.Now add puree with salt and cook till oil separates.Add all spices and mix.
  5. Now it's time to add curd to gravy,stir continuously and cook for 5 min.Add some water,boil it and cook again for 5 min.Now add gatta pieces and chopped coriander.
