Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, gatte ki sabzi. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Gatte ki sabzi is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Gatte ki sabzi is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Gatte ki sabzi:
  1. Take 1 cup besan/ Gram flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup yogurt
  3. Take 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. Take 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. Take 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ajwain /Carom seeds
  7. Get 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  8. Make ready 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  9. Make ready 2 medium onion
  10. Take 2 tomatoes
  11. Get 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  12. Get 1/2 cup yogurt
  13. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  14. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  16. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  17. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  18. Get 2 teaspoon Cilantro to garnish
Instructions to make Gatte ki sabzi:
  1. In a bowl mix together besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Add oil,ghee, yogurt, salt and mix everything together.
  2. Form a dough by mixing in everything together. If the dough isn't coming together you can add little water. Also this will be sticky, so it's a good idea to oil your hands before mixing this dough.
  3. Once you have formed the dough, divide it into equal parts and shape each part into a log.
  4. Boil water in pan. Once it comes to a boil add the prepared rolls into it.
  5. Boil for around 15 minutes, or till knife inserted in the rolls comes out clean.
  6. Take gatte out of water and cut them in 1/2 inch rounds.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the gatte for few minutes or till they start turning golden brown in color. Drain on kitchen towel and set aside.
  8. To the same pan, add 1 more tablespoon of oil and once oil is hot add cumin seeds and let them crackle.now add onion.
  9. Add ginger Garlic and tomato paste and cook till raw smell goes away completely, around 4-5 minutes.
  10. Now reduce the flame to low and add whisked yogurt, kasuri methi and salt. Keep whisking till the yogurt has totally mixed it. Once it has mixed well, increase the flame to medium.
  11. Add water, as required. I added around 2-3 cups and let it all come to a boil. At this point check the salt and spices and adjust accordingly.
  12. Once the water comes to a boil, add the gatte to the curry and let it simmer at medium-low for 10 minutes.
  13. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve gatte ki sabzi immediately with rice or roti.
