Make ready 100 gram green peas
Take 150 gram cauliflower
Get 2-3 potatoes
Prepare 1 big large size onion
Take 1 big size tomatoes
Prepare 2 green chillies
Take 2 tsp Coriandar leaves
Get 4-5 garlic cloves
Take 1 inch ginger
Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
Make ready 1 pinch Asofoetida
Get 1 glass water
Get to taste Salt
Get 2 tbsp mustard oil
Steps to make Aloo Gobhi Matar Ki Sabji:
Clean,Wash and cut the vegetable.
Heat the oil on kadai. Once the oil is hot add cumin seed and hing and let it splutter for a few sexond. Then add chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Now add cauliflower florets fry for a minute then add green peas and potatoes and mix well and put the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Now prepare the masala coriander leaves, chilli,garlic, ginger and turmeric powder,garam masala and grind altogether fine paste.
Add cut tomatoes and green masala and soute for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add 1 glass water and salt as per taste and mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame or until the potatoes cook nicely and water goes on.
Put some chopped coriander leaves and serve it with puri, paratha and chapati.
