  6. Get 1 tbsp honey or jaggery
  7. Take 2-3 boiled sweet potato
  8. Get 1 tbsp ghee

  10. Prepare Some chopped almonds, Pistachio and saffron for garnishing
Steps to make Layered Sago Puding for Vrat:
  1. Soak sago in 1/2cup warm milk for 30 minutes. Then add remaining milk and saffron. Keep the flame on low. Cook till sago have plumped up and thickened. Add sugar mix well and turn off flame. Alow it to be cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile dry roast peanuts till become aromatic and crunchy. - Remove peanuts skin. When it little warm grind peanuts with honey in grinder. - You get a dough like consistency. - Keep it aside.
  3. Mashed boiled sweet potatoes. (Make sure there is no chunks is left in mashed potatoes, otherwise it will be stuck in piping nozzle.) - Heat ghee in a pan add mashed sweet potatoes stir and cook for 5-7 minutes or till become aromatic. - Keep the flame on low-medium. - Then add jaggery or sugar. Mix well stir continuously and cook for another 5 minutes. Allow it to be cool completely.
  4. Now start plating. - Take a bowl first place peanuts dough layer then add a layer of sago over it. Again add a layer of peanut dough then fill bowl with sago layer on. - Now fill sweet potatoes mix in a piping bag, fix any nozzle of your choice. I chose star nozzle. Make a design with sweet potato on the top.
  5. Garnish with some almonds, Pistachio and saffron before serving. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š.
