Instructions to make Farali Sabudana Vada:
Soaking of Sabudana- Firstly Wash Sabudana with cold water to remove all starch.Soak it in Half filled water vessel for An hour. Remove the water after 1 Hour. And let it soak in very little water water for 4 hours. In between once mix with spoon so that it separates with each other.
For the Filling - Take a big Mixing Bowl. Add Boiled mashed potato, Sabudana and all other ingredients. Lastly Squeeze 1 lemon and coriander leaves. Mix well like a dough. Make Balls Out of the filling.
In a Deep pan, Pour enough oil. Deep fry Vada till golden brown and crispy.For Green Chutney - Grind all the ingredients together with ice cube. Green Chutney is ready
For Shrikhand- - For Hung curd- Take a Muslin cloth,put curd, tie a knot, hand it for 4-5 Hrs to drain out all excess water. Hung curd is ready - In a mixing bowl, take hung curd, add, sugar, elaichi powder, kesar and mix well. Keep it in deep freeze. Serve Chilled.
