  1. Take 4 Eggs
  2. Make ready 2 Onionchopped

  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  7. Get 1 teaspoon Garam masala

Steps to make Egg Biryani:
  1. Par boil rice: To the bowel add water cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon. To the boiling water add rice, salt  cover the lid. After 10mins see that the rice is half cooked. Drain the water and keep rice aside.
  2. To the pan add oil and 1/4 of chopped onions stir it till brown and keep it aside.
  3. Take a big Pan add oil, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, chopped onion till little brown.
  4. Add Ginger Garlic paste. Cover the lid
  5. Add tomatoes, coriander leaves, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, salt to taste and cover the lid for 10mins.
  6. Add half sliced boiled eggs to it. Leave it for 2 mins.
  7. Add half cooked rice to it with half cup of water
  8. To a bowl add color and little  water mix it. And add it on top of rice. Cover the lid
  9. When the biryani is done add brown onions on top to garnish.
