  1. Prepare 2 cups cooked leftover rice

  6. Take 1/2 cup soaked Sabudana
  7. Take 3 tbsp Corn flour
  8. Take 1 tsp Red chili powder
  9. Prepare as per taste Salt
  10. Take as required Oil for frying
  11. Prepare as needed Sarso seeds
  12. Get as per taste Chat masala
Steps to make Crispy leftover rice balls:
  1. Grind leftover rice in the mixture with out water.
  2. Take a bowl & add leftover rice mixture, soaked Sabudana, chopped onion, grated ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, 1sp Corn flour & salt
  3. Put little pressure and mix the mixture
  4. Divide the mixture into equal parts & make the shape of ball
  5. Spread some corn flour over it
  6. Heat oil in frying pan
  7. Deep fry a few balls on medium Flame till golden brown
  8. Now make tempering
  9. Heat 2 spoon oil I frying pan
  10. Add Sarso seeds and curry leaves in it.
  11. After 1 min. Mix all the Rice Balls in it.
  12. Switch off the gas
  13. Put all the Rice Balls in the plate
  14. Spread chat masala over it
  15. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
