  2. Prepare 750 gm Lauki

  10. Take 150 gm Sugar
  11. Get 300 ml Milk
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Amul ghee
  13. Get 2 tbsp Elachi powder
  14. Make ready Almonds flakes as required
  15. Prepare Other ingredients:
  16. Get 30 pieces Mini Gulab Jamun
  17. Make ready 1/2 ltr Vanilla Ice cream
  18. Get Dried rose petals
Instructions to make Triranga delight:
  1. PREPARATION of Lauki Halwa
  2. Peel skin & grate Lauki.
  3. In an aluminium vessel,add grated Lauki,sugar and Milk.Mix well.Keep the vessel on gas.
  4. Cook Halwa on High flame.. stirring constantly until the liquid evaporate..add ghee.Keep stirring until the mixture..leave side of vessel.
  5. Off the flame..add elachi powder and almond flakes..Mix well.Remove into bowl and Garnish with Almonds flakes.
  6. PREPARATION of Gajaar (Carrot)Halwa
  7. Peel and grate Gajaar (Carrot). In Aluminium vessel combine grated Gajaar,sugar and milk.
  8. Soak this mixture for 1/2hour
  9. PREPARE Gajaar Halwa..in similar manner as Lauki Halwa.
  10. Preparation of triranga delight
  11. In Glass Dessert Serving Dish..place 1/4cup of Lauki Halwa(as shown in fig).. by it side place Gajaar Halwa.. remaining side.. arrange Mini Gulab jamuns.Now in middle place a big scoop of Vanilla ice cream.On it decorate with dried rose petals.
  12. Relish this fascinating all time favourite sweets delight..on your special eid festival.
