  2. Add 3 cup maida and ½ tsp salt. - knead until the dough turns soft. - further, add 2 tbsp butter and knead the dough.
  3. Cover with cling wrap or cloth and rest for 2 hours in a warm place.
  4. Further, punch the dough and knead it slightly to remove air incorporated.
  5. After that Divide into 3 parts make Ball shape.
  6. Take one ball make a round shape with hand or chapati stick (belan).After that cut in 4 parts
  7. After dividing in 4 parts cut in small pieces and make small balls
  8. Take 5 balls and give round shape like puri and keep them on one to one
  9. After that from down wards do roll till the end and cut in to middle it will look like flower
  10. Grease the pan or whatever u want to take. Do decoration with rose bun (what ever u want to give shape). and brush with milk on top spread some seesam on top
  11. Preheat and bake at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes, or until the pav turns golden brown from top.
  12. If u left with one big ball you can bake it and keep in middle
