The ingredients needed to make Spring Roll:
Get 1 small bowl maida
Prepare 200 gm paneer
Prepare 2 medium size onion
Prepare 1 medium size capsicum
Get 4-5 pieces garlic chopped
Take 2-3 green chilli
Prepare 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
Take 1 small spoon jeera powder
Make ready Red chilli powder (As required)
Take 1/2 spoon garam masala
Take as needed Refined oil
Get Salt As required
Get 1 pinch edable soda
Instructions to make Spring Roll:
Dough maida, 2 teaspoon oil & soda with required water in a bowl & keep aside
Onion, capsicum & paneer cut in to very small pieces
Now take a pan & put on the stove at medium flame
Pour 2 teaspoon oil. After heat the oil put finely chopped green chilli, onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger
After few seconds pour the paneer & add salt fry for 2-3min. Keep aside till cool down.
Take doughed maida & roll very thin as desired size.
Stuff the fried vegetables inside it & roll with sealing both side.
Now deep fry this roll in medium flame.
Take it on a plate & cut with sharp knife in round shape.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
