  23. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  24. Prepare 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  25. Get 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
Steps to make Loaded Cheesy nachos:
  1. Marinate chicken with onion and garlic paste. Add all the masalas and mix well to coat.
  2. Fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil. Take a pan add oil and saute garlic, onion,
  3. Add capsicum,tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves and saute well. Add salt and vinegar to taste. switch off the flame.
  4. Mix cheese and mayonnaise. Take a baking tray and line it with nacho chips and top with cheese+mayyonaise.
  5. Top it with veggie masala, then fried chicken and boiled rajma.
  6. Add cheddar cheese + mozarella cheese. Top with capsicum.
  7. Some chilli flakes,oregano. Bake in preheated oven for 5 mins or till cheese melts.
