  1. Add salt to grated dudhi for 5 mins.
  2. Take flour in a bowl add tbs oil, and other spices to dudhi and mix well.
  3. Add grated dudhi (with its water) to flour mix and knead dough. Add water if required.
  4. Let it rest for 5 mins.(not more then 5 mins as dudhi will release more water) make small balls. And roll it like roti.
  5. Heat tawa and cook like paratha with little oil.
