Instructions to make Sindhi kadhi:
Peel,clean,wash and cut vegetables. Chop tomatoes,green chillies ginger. And keep aside.fry bhindi and keep aside
Heat oil in one pot add jeera, methi seeds and hing now add besan and roast till brown in colour add water.about one litre of water Mix it there should be no lumps Now add vegetable, tomatoes, green chillies,salt,haldi powder,red chilli powder mix add kokum. Cook till vegetable are half cooked now add tamarind pulp. Cook till vegetable are cooked. Kadhi should not be too thick. If it's thick add water. When kadhi is ready serve with rice.
