  6. Take 250 gms tomato pureed
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cummin powder

  10. Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 4 tbsp Mustard oil
  12. Make ready 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  13. Prepare 1-1.5 tbsp Achaar Masala preferably of Red stuffed chilli pickle
  14. Take as per taste Salt
  15. Make ready as required Hot water
Steps to make Achari Keema Matar (mutton):
  1. Prepare all ingredients. Heat oil in a pan. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan. Add in the coriander seeds, once it starts crackling add in the chopped onion. Saute it, no need to brown, add in the minced meat and bhunno it for about 5 minutes…let it brown….add in turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, salt and about half cup water and bhunno it.
  2. Add in the ginger garlic paste too, cover and cook add water as required.
  3. (I needed about 5 cups of water in total).in between add the peas and the tomato puree almost at the end add the achaar masala and cook till the oil starts separating from the gravy.
  4. Serve hot with roti.
