Instructions to make Methi keema curry:
Mix chilli powder, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste into keema
Take a pan and keep it on the stove, ounce the pan heats add oil, ounce the oil heats add cumin seeds, add onions, ounce the onions become brown add keema into it and mix well. Close it with a lid, keep the stove in low flame.
Once it is half cooked add Methi leaves, mix it well.
Close it with a lid, once it is cooked add coriander powder, cumin powder, lastly add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut powder, coriander leaves.
Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti /pulka /poori
