  5. Prepare 1 tbsp yellow raisins
  6. Take 1 tbsp pumpkin and melon seeds
  7. Get 1 tbsp black grapes
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp honey
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp mueseli
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp Natura sugar (mixed in hung Curd)(you can add honey)
  11. Get as needed mix fruit (strawberry,black grapes,chopped pineapple)
  12. Take 1 tbsp coconut milk
Instructions to make Healthy Walnut fruit and nut Parfait:
  1. Take out hung Curd in a bowl.Add litte sugar free and mix well.Add coconut milk and mix well.
  2. Mix nicely and keep aside.Chop pineapple,black grapes, strawberries.
  3. In another bowl,add mueseli,chop soaked walnut in bite sized pieces.Add whole raisins.Add honey in it and mix well.Add pumpkin seeds and melon seeds.
  4. For serving,take a nice glass,add hung Curd mixture in it.
  5. Add a thick layer of mueseli and nuts,add another layer of hung Curd.Add layer of fruits.Add hung Curd again.Lastly add chopped fruits on top.Add little mueseli on top.Garnish with strawberry pieces,black grapes and pineapple and walnut pieces.
  6. Serve as it is or with cold hung Curd.
