  1. Make Sugar Syrup - Boil half cup of water and add half cup of sugar.
  2. Cook on flame until sugar dissolved. Let them cool for 15 Min.
  3. In a bowl take all purpose flour. Add sugar syrup. Add Egg,Add Milk and pinch of colour and mix it well.
  4. Then put your batter into fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. For Frying: Melt 1 cup of ghee and pour 1/4 cup of batter into hot ghee. And when corners get brown flip it over and let them cook for 5 more min.
