  13. Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  15. Make ready As needed Few curry leaves
  16. Get As required Some coriander leaves finely chopped
  17. Make ready as per taste Salt
  18. Get 1 pinch asafoetida
Instructions to make Dhokli Sabzi:
  1. Take a pan. Add water and all Dhokli masala except besan. Once water starts to boil, add besan. Mix quickly otherwise it will create lumps.
  2. Mix it well and spread it on the flat surface. Give shape and let it cool for some time. After that cut it into equal square pieces.
  3. Add some water in the same vessel in which you prepare Dhokli. Scrape it as this water will make the gravy thick. Add Red chilli powder in that. Take another pan. Add crushed garlic, curry leaves and asfoitida. Add the masala water. Don't add too much water.
  4. Let it cook for some time. Once oil starts ozzing out, add water, salt and chopped coriander. Let it boils.
  5. Add Dhokli in that. Cook for some time. Do not serve quickly. Let it set for some time so gravy will be thick. Serve with Rotla or Roti
