Steps to make Raw Turmeric Subji:
  1. Peel Raw Turmeric and Onions
  2. Boil Peas and Carrot. Strain and Remove excess water.
  3. Take oil in a kadai and saute your onions till half cooked. Add Capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Take ghee in a kadai.Add diced raw turmeric and cook stirring continuously on medium low flame for 2 minutes
  5. Add curd and dry masalas to tomato puree.
  6. After 2 minutes add Onion Capsicum, boiled peas and carrot to the kadai. Cook on medium low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Add salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Mix properly.
  8. Add the tomato puree and cook on low flame stirring continuously.
  9. Let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.Add lemon juice. Mix properly.
  10. Raw Turmeric Subji is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Paratha/Roti/Rice
