  1. Prepare 250 gram raw turmeric

  18. Make ready 2 spoon coriander powder
  19. Prepare 1 spoon red chilli powder
  20. Take 1/4 spoon garam masala powder
  21. Make ready 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

  1. Washed the turmeric well then peel and grat them.
  2. Chopped all the veggies mentioned above.
  3. Heat a pan, add ghee, cumin, bay leaves, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and asfoetida saute for few seconds than add grated ginger-garlic and chopped onions. Fry until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Now add grated turmeric and chopped green chili, saute for 7-8 min on medium flame.
  5. Than add green peas and chopped tomato, saute for 4-5 min.
  6. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well and fry until ghee leaves sides.
  7. When turmeric are soften than add whisk curd and cook for 7-8 min on low flame.
  8. Finally add salt, garam masala and chopped green coriander leaves mix well and swich off the flame.
  9. Serve with roti or paratha as you wish.
  10. Note- Always cook haldi ki sabzi in ghee. Saute it well or it will be bitter in taste.
