  1. Chop all vegetables into big and square size. Take a pressure cooker pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add asfoitida, garlic chuteny and tomato.
  2. Add other masalas and salt. Mix it well. Let it cook for some time without adding water. Do not skip this step. Once raw taste is gone, add vegetables and Muthiya. Add water. Close the cooker and give 4-5 whistles. Let it cool the pan. Open and serve the subzi with Roti.
