  1. Get 1 cup sabudana
  2. Prepare 1 diced boiled potatoes
  3. Prepare 1/12 Tsp Oil

  5. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Make ready 8-10 curry leaves
  8. Make ready 1 chopped Onion

Steps to make Sabudana khichdi:
  1. Rinse sabudana very well. Soaked sabudana with 1 cup water overnight. Next morning drain water from sabudana if any excess water.
  2. Roast peanuts.
  3. Heat oil in pan on medium heat, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves into this. Let them sizzle for few seconds. Now add green chillies & onion, fry it.
  4. Then add diced boiled potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add turmeric powder fry it.
  5. Now add sabudana into this and cook for few minutes until it becomes transparent. Add peanut into this. Do not over cook, serve sabudana khichdi with chai or dahi.
