  1. In a pot add carrots, clarified butter and cardamom powder,
  2. Then cook it for 30 mints,
  3. Now, In a pot add milk and bring it to boil, then add rice, and cook it until rice become tender,
  4. When rice tender mash it with ghotta and cook it on medium flame for 30 mints,
  5. After 30 mints when kheer become thick, add sugar and cook it for more 10 mints,
  6. Now add cooked Carrots then mix it well and dish out it,
  7. Now garnish it with almond, pistachio and coconut powder chill it then serve.
