  4. Take 2 spicy green chillies chopped

  7. Take 1 cup chopped bottlegourd (dhudhi) pieces

  9. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  12. Take 1 tsp sugar

  15. Make ready 2 dry red Kashmiri chillies
  16. Get 1/2 cup warm water
  17. Make ready 1/2 cup malai
  18. Prepare 1 tsp dry kasuri methi
  19. Get For Naan chips :
  20. Make ready 1 cup maida
  21. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  22. Prepare 2 tbsp curd
  23. Get 1 pinch soda bi carb
  24. Take to taste Salt
  25. Make ready 3-4 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  26. Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  27. Prepare White sesame seeds as required
Instructions to make Spicy Makhani Dip with Naan Chips:
  1. To prepare Makhani Dip.. In kadhai add,heat oil. Add cardamoms, chopped green chillies,ginger pastr,saute for 30 secs. Add chopped tomatoes and bottlegourd pieces. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add dhania jeera powder,red chilli powder,garam masala, white sesame seeds,salt, sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add cashewnuts pieces,dry Kashmiri chillies and water. Mix well and cover & cook on slow flame till tomato and bottlegourd pieces are tender. Cool for 2 mins.
  4. Now add malai, kasuri methi. Mix well. Pour it in mixer grinder. Grind to slight coarse mixture. Transfer in cooking pot. Reheat at time of serving.
  5. To make garlic naan.. in mixing bowl add maida,oil, soda bi carb, salt,curd, mix well. Add little little water to make dough. Cover and keep aside at warm place for at least 2-3 hours. Knead dough again and make 4 portions. Roll into round 1"puri, sprinkle chopped garlic, corainder leaves and sesame seeds. Roll gently into 4"-5" round shape naan. Half Roast on both sides on griddle. Similarly prepare all.
  6. At the time of serving. Cut each half roasted naan into triangular pieces as shown. Roast/ Bake in Airfryer for 5-8 mins at 180 temperature till crispy golden brown.
  7. Serve/ Relish Delicious Makhani Dip with Naan Chips.
