  1. Take For Masala
  2. Take 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  3. Prepare 6-7 black pepper corns

  5. Get 500 gm mutton mince

  7. Make ready 2 tomatoes
  8. Get 3 green chillies
  9. Make ready 7-8 garlic cloves
  10. Prepare 1/2 inch ginger

  13. Take 1 tablespoon oil
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  15. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  16. Get 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  17. Take 1 teaspoon mutton masala
  18. Take as needed Coriander for garnish
  19. Prepare as per taste Salt
Steps to make Bhuna Keema:
  1. Wash keema thoroughly with warm water, strain water and keep
  2. In a kadai heat oil, add cumin seeds and add slit green chillies, hing
  3. Now add finely chopped onions, and cook till pink
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes now add turmeric powder and mix nicely add keema and salt and cover and cook
  5. Stir every 10 mins till keema is cooked
  6. In the mean time puree the tomatoes.
  7. Get masala ready by dry roasting coriander seeds and black pepper, crush with morter and pestle or grind in mixer keep aside
  8. Once keema is done, increase the flame and bhuno the keema nicely till the water dries now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, mutton masala and mix nicely
  9. Add tomato puree and some more salt and mix nicely, cover and cook for 5-7 mins
  10. Once done open the lid and and cook with lid open once its nice and cooked you can add some water if you don't want dry keema
  11. Add the crushed masala and mix nicely garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Pav or chapati
