Steps to make Sabudana khichdi:
  1. Boil water in a pan,wash twice sabudana and add to boiling water in medium flame for 10 min
  2. Now add oil and sedha namak
  3. After 10 min off the flame
  4. Seive and rinse sabudana.now it is ready to cooked
  5. Add ghee to pan at medium flame
  6. Add zeera and peanut fry it for 2 min then add green chilli and potato fry for 2 min
  7. Now add curry leaves and sabudana.
  8. Add salt and black pepper and cook on medium flame for 2 min
  9. Now add tomato and add 1/2 water
  10. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame
  11. After 5 min mash the tomato and mix it well and switch off the flame
  12. Serve hot.garnish with coriander leaves and ghee and enjoy!
